Newtek Timer

I am trying to set up a Newtek 8 outlet power strip with timer (4 outlets on timer, 4 not) and I am going nuts! The instructions were obviously written by someone not proficient in English, and make no grammatical sense. I cannot figure them out. This is the timer with 2 outlets set up for daytime timer and 2 outlets for nightime. Any advice would be appreciated! THANKS!
