Nitrate Reductors

Hi! Has anyone on this site tried nitrate reductors? Non of my fish stores sell them and they do not understand them, yet I have found many expensive nitrate reductors on sale on net, yet no customer reviews. I am willing to try, only if someone has experience with these and says they are amazing.... Thanks.:eek2:

i think its a big waste of money... i was game for anything to reduce nitrates. i found that the easiest and more importantly the cheapest thing to do is sugar dose. i researched it and tried and within a week and a half i was from 35ppm to 0!!!!

i looked at nitrate reactors and stuff and im soo glad that i didnt waste $300+. about .35 on sugar cured it all!!!
