No3/PO4

So my nitrates are looking a little high right now, 20 PPM and I want to use RedSea's NO3PO4 to reduce them.
I've read good reviews about this product so I will give it a shot but I have some questions

1) Since this reduced phosphates as well, do I run GFO while dosing this?

2) While using this how often should I check my nitrates and phosphates

3) What is a reliable test kit I should use for testing nitrates and phosphates

1) You can, but you do not have to. No problems if you run GFO in a reactor.

2) I currently dose it, and I check my parameters every few days just to make sure nothing is out of the ordinary.

3) I use Salifert.
