Noisy Master Recirculation Pump

On Feb 1st I ordered a 1073.90 from Marine Depot. It was very noisy from the moment I installed it, so I took the cover off and ââ"šÂ¬Ã…"œCeramic shaft with holderââ"šÂ¬Ã‚ (part #5 on page 20 of the manuel) is broken. Can I order a replacement directly from you or do I need to go thru Marine Depot. Thanks.

Yes, I can send you one, they break very easily if you open the cover crooked, this pump is a bit noisy but the noise goes down substantially after a couple weeks of use. It is noisy due to air trapped in the pump.
