I have a friend at the sangabriel Asian food stores and we were wondering what nori you can use for tangs? Is there a certain one you guys prefer.

I'm also scared because I'm scared if they put chemicals and stuff in the nori.

Is there any way to be safer with purchase? If ingredient says just seaweed or nori, am I safe? Or is there other stuff in there usually thats also safe?

any kind, but baked is ok... just not seasoned with stuff, like soy sauce or anything... but regular flavor, the same as you put in your sushi is good... some have more fats and carbos whatever, just read the label and find the healthiest... the kind you would want to eat if you were all health conscious...

cant recall the name of the market on live oak, but i got 50 sheets for about $5
