Nori

I go to my local aisan food store and buy it there. I get the plain sushi wraps with nothing added. You can get a large package for about $2

I'd recommend sticking with the dried macro-algae sold for aquarium fish, such as the excellent Seaweed Selects from Ocean Nutrition. You MIGHT be able to find a similar product at an oriental grocery store but many of these are either cooked or have added seasonings. It's not worth the hassle or risk to potentially save a few dollars. Also, it doesn't pay to buy a large batch of these products because they go bad in a few months.

I get the dried plain seeweed from a local Japanesse food market. Since the fish tried it they won't go near the stuff from the LFS(Sea Veggies) Cost me $3.00 for a big bag.

Just make sure to ask the clerk as the bags that I get are only labled in Japenese. She showed me which one was plain.
