North Bay Fragging/LFS?

Hey Guys,

Been a while since being on RC. I am in Marin, CA starting up a new nano reef tank.

Is anyone in Marin actively fragging their tanks for soft/LPS corals?

Or does anyone know of a LFS close by? - I have heard good things about Vallejo aquarium and Sea Splendor in Fairfield.

I travel around the bay area a lot, so may stop at one of these LFS down in South Bay/East Bay when I pass through.

Thanks,

Hey Jeff, I can find you after my cycle is complete. I cant have a tank without GSP and my wife loves the pulsing xenia.

I have never been a fan of kenya trees, they grew too fast for me and overwhelmed the tank.

for up north: Theres AquaTerra in cotati and Cesars in Santa rosa.

If youre interested in zoas or a pectinia i can frag you some. Also SPS if you ever want to give that a try.

We have our own club up north. The wine country reefers. We have a page here on RC as well. I have all sps and mainly acros. Let me know if you want some starter SPS free of charge

I want some Acros

I was just kiddin' ya. I have too many already. Like your generosity though.
Cheers! Mark

Ha! I wasn't going to say something but someone else chimed in so I figured I'd clarify.

I just hope all my generosity over the years is repaid in case I ever need it. This is a good crew though overall

Thanks

Thanks

Thanks Guys,

Awesome, I sent you a PM SWK. Luckily I am down in San Mateo tomorrow so going to pick up a nice live rock to seed the tank.

I picked up one in Sacramento last week and noticed some glass anemone on it, so I tossed it right away...

Right now I am stuck between using a Koralia Nano 240gph or 425gph on the Biocube 16 LED. I think its gonna be the 425gph though.

Planning to keep Ricordea, Frogspawn/Torch/orHammer, GSP, Zoanthids, hopefully a birds nest and so on..
