Not Reef Related .. Softball

I am trying to put together a softball team that will play on Sunday mornings in Clifton, NJ (07014) We need a total of 12-15 people who are willing to show up and play for about 10 weeks starting on April 23rd..
I have been told that if I exercised the same amount of time I spend on the fish I would be Rocky Balboa. So here is some exercise..


Details
- Games played on Sundays sometimes a double header..
- 12-14 game season about 10 weeks
- We currently have about 5 guys ages 25- 30 but all who want to play are welcome.
- Cost will be about 60.00 per man if we cant find a sponser then about 2.00/3.00 bucks a game to pay the umps..
- Bring your own equipment..
- We could start a tradition rather then go to a bar after the game we can go to Absolutly Fish ... (Just kidding ... But maybe I will)

If we could bring this game south, about 60miles . Are we paying the umps to call the game the right way Finally, I like the tradition of drinking afterwards... Anyways I wish you luck, sounds like a good time.

I have no clue how "good" the ump's are but if you followed the MLB playoffs last year you know the real guys arent much better.
As for the 60 miles, I agree way to far to drive..
