yeah i know, i just wasn't sure if anyone over in that thread was a serious SPS keeper. I tend to see SPS keepers as the more experienced and knowledgeable hobbyists as opposed to regular reef keepers. Not that some of them aren't experienced.. because they most certainly are.. it just seems SPS keepers are ahead of the curve most times as far as filtration, equipment, water quality, etc.
If i know someone is using them and that someone that is using them has a kick @** SPS display.. then it might make me want to try them faster then just your average joe using them on his reef because someone at his LFS told him they were awesome.
