I found this today in our coral system. Anyone know what it is?

What was it on? How large is it? Any clue where it might have come from?

It was near some zoas. That one is about 1.5" but there is a smaller one also.

It's either a tritoniid or dendronotid nudibranch, or something related. Compare to:

Most of these guys eat soft corals, so you'll probably want to keep it out of your display tank.

Just seen one of these guys at the lfs last trip. I was tempted to bring him home for free too thinking he was of the elysia group. Good thing I didn't..

Hmm... what kind of softies do they eat? Would they eat xenia? Because that might be a keepable species.
