Nuisance Algae ID

Hey folks, help with the white algae found in the pics below would be appreciated. This is the fourth tank I've gotten going from the ground-up, and I've never seen this one before... It looks like green hair algae, but is white (at least under my heavily blue-tinted T5's.) My LR has been cycling for four months, and was just moved into my display tank last week.

Nitrates are <5ppm, Phosphate is undetectable on consumer kit, salinty is stable at 1.023, and temp is stable at 76.5-77.0 F.

Not sure what it is... almost looks liek mold.

I had something like that in a whisper filter cartrgidge above the water line, i dont like the look of it, i'd try to get rid of it quickly
