what is the best algae for nutrient export in hi flow ,and for export in general?

i'd have to say chaeto. i haven't really tried caulerpa but i'm sure it grows just as fast or faster. caulerpa can go sexual tho.

cheato is good, and alot of ppl like it

but i prefer caulerpa because ot looks nicer, and it will not go sexual if you keep it lit 24/7, in a sump and prune it regularly
