When I set my "master" MP40 to NTM, do I want the "slave" MP40 to be in synch or anti-synch mode?

Thanks in advance.

imo, its up to you... it really depends on what your goin for... mine i keep in anti sync... but really, as long as flow is goin, it up to you and what you like...

OK, I had a 50/50 shot and I guessed wrong. :( I figured since the purpose of NTM was to pulse for a while to stir up debris and then forcefully push the debris out of the tank that I'd want both sides doing the same thing at the same time.

Off to go switch my slave from synch to anti-synch. Thanks, guys.

anti sync u can create a wave if they are on opposite sides by playing with the frequency/timing . go to purple hit set and adjust the knob to make a wave , when you sync them it does stir thing up and thats good too. I run them all sorts of ways depending on if i feel like playing with them . its good to change it up once in a while , I run mine on orange reef crest mode i think its called . I have 2 mp40 on opposite sides and 1 mp 10 on the back center .
