O.T. other pets

Just a Jack Russel Terrier here. His name....Rascal. He lives up to it...everyday. Ya, he's enough pet for me right now

I used to have Jackson Chameleons. I loved those. I also used to have a 5 foot long iguana that I trained since it was six inches long. Spud was his (actually her) name. Found out it was a female after a couple years of owning her. Spud was the coolest pet I ever had. She was fricken potty-trained and everything! Awesome!

But ya, my ball of energy Jack Russell runs me all over now. He gets hte house solo besides the fish

sadiearchiesmall.jpg

Sadie the dog and Archie the cat. Sadie was rescued from a kill shelter and is everything I ever wanted in a dog. Archie was a stray that my neighbor found in her front yard. She thought she was a rabbit until she got closer. She brought it here and we said we would keep him for the night because we had food and a litter box for the other cats we had at the time. We would bring him to a shelter the next day. 3 years later and we haven't made it to the shelter yet. There's a farm really close by and I suspect he was the offspring of the barn cats there. He thinks the dog is his mother and thinks he's a dog (fights with the dog, chews rawhide, plays fetch)

my dog, that can get beat up by a cat, but i love him to death.

im looking for an African gray parrot. if anyone knows where i can get one for a good price, let me know!

Check Chicago Reptile. Im not sure what a *decent* price is. But as far as pet stores, they will most likely be the cheapest. You might want to look into a private breeder. PM me and let me know what species you want, and I will ask tm when I go up there.

Most of them will be around $1200+ in this area, I've seen them at some local petsmarts for $1350..... I got one of mine from a private breeder down in the south burbs in evergreen park. Her birds have unbelieveable parents, her bird is easily 100g larger than the grey I bought from a breeder in WI. If you look at the pictures I posted the bigger one is from her. Shes a year older and larger. She also is VERY good with bird psycology, she has training classes that I took with my birds thats a good way to learn more about them. She also does bird grooming and will come to your home to do it.....

I take both my birds to a very well known vet (he writes for bird talk magazine occasionally) and he knows Tina and agrees she has some of the best greys in the US. They have a 3 week health guarantee fom her, but of course as soon as you get one you should take it to the vet...

Her name is Tina Usher and you can check out her site at www.parrotsperch.com

Technically an animal but we refer to her as humanoid because she thinks she's a human.
