iphone but wait til june for the new one with a ton of extras... google it under "iphone 3.0 boygenius" definately the best all around device around!!! IMO

forget the overprice under supported Iphone or the fuze you can get an Iphone clone that they sell local that supports dual sims and are both active at the same time, you can take calls from either number at the same time and it is a true smart phone unlike the iphone which claims to be a smart phone but doesn’t even support corporate email where’s the app for that lol and doesn’t even allow for any easy hardware upgrading of your diy type or anything as simple as replacing the battery yourself the iphone clone is an unlocked phone that you can use on any carrier or dual carriers use att for one number and metro for another or like I do I canceled my home phone and put that number on one sim and my original cell number on the other now I have my home phone and cell phone all in one both active at the same time and it’s a true smart phone runs over Linux and is fully unlocked and fully customizable to any app that is supported in the iphone and best part its only $99

Whats with the iPhone hatred? I personally have an iPhone, and have had the first generation as well as the 3G second generation.

You said there is no corporate email, but then you say that there is an app for corporate emails, so which is it? Also, I don't need to replace the battery MYSELF in my iPhone because apple has the best warranty of any phone, any computer any electronic that they sell has the best warranty in the industry. If there is a problem with my iPhone, I take it to the Apple store, they look at it, take the phone, and hand me a brand new one, will the makers of the iPhone clone do that?

I am not a tech guy, but as far as memory, I don't think that any hardware upgrading would ever need to be done, as most hardware upgrades are exactly that, more memory via memory cards. Unlike any other phone besides maybe the Nokia E62, the iPhone comes with a 16 GB hard drive, I have my entire itunes library on my iphone and still have room.

As I said before, I have an iPhone and I am very happy with it. I like being able to have all my music on my phone, that way I can listen to it anywhere I go, including the car. Also, you have to admit that the iPhone is very user friendly, which is important for lots of people.

I love my iPhone. Does everything I need it to do, and would never trust a $99 iPhone "clone".

And the iPhone 3.0 is just a software update (as far as I know) so you can just download it as soon as it comes out. Same with all the other updates.

I believe there is speculation that there will also be a new updated phone to be released in June/July.

With that said I think the iphone is great. But, I play with one first and make sure it's the phone for you. There are other phones that might offer you some or most of the iphones functions and be cheaper. One of the big things that get me with the iphone is not being able to fwd text messages and no MMS. I think MMS will be addressed with the 3.0 update. And there is always the option to jailbreak your iphone for the apps and things apple wont do or allow.

All this talk is just speculation. Just a bunch of ppl assuming things. Nobody knows exactly what it is but I don't see apple coming out with a *new* phone within one year of 3G. My guess is that the new "item" will be new platform for something but not a new phone. If they were to I would place a release date around a year from now or when the contract with AT&T expires (June 2010 I think).

I love love LOVE!!!!!!! My iPhone =) this thing is awsome!!

the iphone clone is the I9, yes it is a 3g, and there is two other ones but im not sure of the names I have the I9, dual sim Smartphone, and its unlocked so you can use any carrier even metro, this way you don’t have to sign up for all the bs of ATT and the expensive usage packages just to use a phone, and everyone should be watching Google as they have announced to come out with a phone that after you purchase the phone for under $200 all the calls for the rest of its usage will be absolutely FREE just think what this is going to do to shake up the industry NICE huh no more getting raped by the phone companies for silly minute packages Google already offers services that let their phone scan barcodes and give you the 3 best prices in town for the item you scanned on the spot how can you go wrong with a company making 33 million a day so the G1 is another good option lol
