Octopus HOB Mods - Reader's Digest Condensed Version Please!

I've got an Octopus BH-100 on order. I've tried to read through the Octopus thread but it is a monster!

Could you guys post the most popular mods, with links/instructions here? Don't necessarily need daily pictures of operation, etc, but just a concise summary of mods, like the mesh mod, etc.
