OK to keep PBT with small fish?

In process of QT. with new powder blue tang(3-4"). Will I be ok to keep him in 135g with a Bangui cardinal/fire goby/hectors goby/jeweled blennie/red dragonette/black sail fin mollie's? Or are these small fish doomed by wrath of tang? Tank has lot's of L.R. and live macro algae.

Most tangs are only mean to other tangs (my yellow is an exception--he is mean to everything :mad2: ).

It is hit or miss, each fish is different. But I would add him last.... Very last.
