They used to be called Wellsophyllia radiata the name was changed to Trachphyllia radiata some 5-8 years ago.

dunno what kind this one is but have had him for a while he got to big for my buddys tank so im baby sitting him till he gets a bigger tank

I'm not really seeing anything rare or unusual... it used to be quite common to see rainbow wellsos offered for sale.
Perhaps the fact that they aren't being captive propped is driving up their price tag.
