Open Brain Question

I have recently purchased an open brain. It was bought with a clam and introduced at the same time. I have found some parasite on the clam that has killed it since I bought it. Now my brain isn't looking so good. Is there any known predators of clams as well as brains? Thanks for all the help. Is there anything I could do for the brain right now? Thanks again.

My guess would be that there is some water quality related issue that is killing your livestock. What are your parameters and what else do you have in the tank? Also what kind of parasite did you find on the clam?

It was a type of whelk I believe. The brain in question has since gotten a lot better. It is finally opening up all the way and looks great. Sorry for not replying with that sooner. Thanks for the help, though.

Glad to hear the brain is doing better. Probably just needed time to adjust to your tank.
