Opinion: conduit for hanging lights

I built my own light stands which is attached to my tank stand. My question is that on this install I used the 90 degree conduit elbows attached by conduit connectors to the straight pipes. I used 3/4 piping.

See any issue w two pipes holding up a 48 inch t5 light fixture?

if I am understanding this you used PVC elbows to hang the steel cross bar. only concern would be rust.

I did not bend them this time. Tst400, have exp any problems using the connectors? Any loosening at the connection points?

I have to admit, I am a little worried.

Nope zero problems thus far... About a year

But your pipes seem to be all connected together from one side to the other. If the OP wants to use two pipes coming from behind the tank to hold the fixture at two separate point I would bend them, it will look cleaner and worry-free
