orange back fairy wrasse

I ask this in the reef fish forums but not many responses so I figure this might be a better place to ask. My wife saw a orange back wrasse in person the other day and wants it pretty badly for our cube. Has anyone have success keeping this in a 28g nanocube or anything similar or will it go crazy due to space

I think a 28 is too small, they are pretty open swimmers
