Fishsupply.com has a mantis for sale. They sent me a picture and it looks like an OS. The carpace looks free of shell disease. I already have an OS so go for it if you like. I can forward the pictures to you if you are interested.

Hi, I got my mantis from them about ten days ago and she seems to be doing well. I don't see any signs of disease on her shell at all. She is active and curious.
Fishsupply.com was also very good about answering my questions and keeping me posted about my order. I liked them a lot!
