I bought my wingless fruit flies kit from joshsfrogs.com
It really easier and less gross than it sounds...imagine only purchasing food for your tank once and never having to again for a very, very, very long time
The FF's are wingless so they do not escape and fly everywhere...I use a funnel which makes it even easier and the media to culture them smells like cinnamon
You feed each frog at least 50-60 FF a day and at least 100 each as they get bigger. There are other food stuffs for them as well like Spring tails and bean beetles.
