beefy,

i have some extra discs you can use if you want to try it out.

Now that the beef is interested we'll have to make sure to do this soon.

I lost my Star Wraith the other day :(

The one that went in the tree on hole 1 at Lippold....i am so sad now :(

that stinks. lost in the weeds? water hazard? up a tree?

I have mostly innova discs. I've found that I really like throwing the valkyrie as my driver, my XD as an approach/mid range, and my rhino as a putter.

For someone just getting into the hobby/sport I highly reccomend a stingray, shark, and a putter that you like the feel of.

innovadiscs.com

i use eagle, panther, rhino. drive, mid, putt.
I should get a better driver though:D
For the longest time I only carried a gazzelle.

Oh snaps....we gotta get the beef out there!

I prefer the wraith in the star plastic and light weight for my driver.

And my birdie putter

I also really like the Beast in star plastic

So how do you kids play this game? What are the basic rules/objectives? Can I smoke while I play? :smokin: I might have to try this...;)

+1

Let me know when you guys play again. Can I use the hobbit as my caddy? I looks like I may have to put the "all terrain" tires on my oxygen cart...:bum:

hobbits can't pull much weight and they eat too much

I've heard that they can't pull much. According to that new Sherpa company (Hob-nob) in Montana, they can take a huge load on their back. You should try them on your next trip to Brokeback mountain. I hear they are fed nothing but Yak sausage and are forced to wash and use deodorant (to keep the Vultures from circling your party).

they have a course a few blocks from my house, maybe I should try it
It looks safer than the extreme skate park

I've played DG for years but kind of taken a break since there really hasn't been much interest from friends. My favorite courses more local to me have been Lombard (Madison Meadows 18), Mokena, and West Park in Joliet. All three of these courses have a good mixture of holes (long and short, open and wooded). My favorite discs have always been an Eagle, Valkyrie and a Stratus.
