I can tell you that in my 23 years of grooming, & 8 years in the pet shop business, I've never heard of a "teacup" version of that breed. I would assume it would be someone selling a runt of the breed.

I answered his question, and also informed him so that he doesn't get ripped off, or get a sick puppy.

I said to google Pug Breeders in Illinois, you come up w/ a ton.. and ask for their smallest pup..
