OT: PC antispyware 2010

I somehow downloaded this POS virus and need help removing it. Anyone have a step by step guide on how to remove this from my PC?? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Thanks Perry, I saw that removal instructions but looked kinda overwhelming for me so i just did a complete system reboot. Luckily i had most of my important files saved on my external so no major loss. Thank you tho!

I had very good result using this program. If your PC is not allowing you to download, you might have to download it from another PC and save it on a USB drive. If it doesn't allow you to update after install, you might want to run the program on safemode first. After the scan, you will be able to go to update on normal mode and do the scan again after the update. I hope that helps.
