OT: Star Craft Expansion ???

After coming back from my fathers house and digging through alot of my old stuff from years back I came across all my old Warcraft stuff and a Star Craft disc that I never played. I just started playing it for the hell of it and it's fun so I want to know if there is an expansion set for it and if any of you still happen to have it that you'd sell me , trade, me or just let me borrow it until I've beat it.
It would be mad old so it's a shot in the dark but figured I'd try before searching the internet.:bum:

I still play the expansion over Battle.net 2-3 nights a month.

Can't wait for Starcraft 2!!!!!!

Not sure how I will juggle playing WOW and SC2 at the same time but I have 2 PCs and can multi-task =)

Starcraft 2 has been "coming out late this year or early next year" for about 3-4 years now it seems. Ive been sooo looking forward to it, but have put it out of my mind due to the constant delays. Starcraft/Brood Wars are still solid games even as they compete with current releases. It truly is one of the greatest games ever made. Zerg on!

PS - Zman and I agree that the creators of Starcraft must have been Reefers...just look at the Zerg Creep. Can you say Green Star Polyps

Never played Starcraft, but I have to interject a plug for Lord of the Rings: Shadows of Angmar as a high-quality alternative to WoW.

lol, I know all about Warcraft 2 held high rank ladder for WC2 for years until Battlenet went to pot and not one played the real games anymore. WC3 I bought I beat and WOW my desk top comp will not support.
I did not know there was a Starcraft 2 coming out like I said I never even bothered with star craft before I was a WC junkie. I'm sending you a E-mail as we speak. Ty folks for the info it's nice to know I'm not the only gamer geek out there ......man I'm just a big geek fish tank and games what's next

Once you have the new computer, if you're still thinking about WoW, I suggest trying LOTRO.

Keeping up with the latest computer technology and maintaining a reef tank are both pricy endeavors, but I agree that a machine that cannot run WoW (or other MMORPGs) at low-end graphics settings is in serious need of upgrades. With some know-how and a trip to Fry's Electronics (or Newegg.com), you can make serious improvements without buying a whole new box.

is wow world of warcraft? i've never played it but all i've heard is terrible things about. mostly from wives, and parents or people that essentially become addicted to it. i heard that there was a petition to classify those kind of "never ending, always happening" games as an addiction to be treated by rehab. a buddy of mines kid dropped out of college and basically became a nothing loser because he didnt want to miss out on any "raids" or something to that effect? i'm not judging, whatever makes you happy, but if i started waking up at 1 am and my girlfriend couldnt stop playing cause her troop needed to raid something or whatever, i'd have to kick her out!

I know people that are addicted to it and a lot more people that aren't it just depends, its like going out to the club, you have to pick out the lifetime alcoholics from the lushes who are only there to have fun and drink a little.

*shrugs* I play it casually when I'm bored and have absolutly nothing to do. I foster for mccac, building a rock crawler, building up a track car, rebuilding my rc truck, getting my photography equip setup again and working full time and also being a social butterfly. And I still manage to find myself playing wow at least 1 hour a night most every other night excluding friday's and saturdays. So its all about perspective imho...
