OT: Storage Space

I can't seem to be able to sell my tank before I leave Miami.. so I am going to try this route.

Does anybody have extra space in their storage for a Tank and Stand?
The Tank is 48x24x12 and the stand is slightly bigger than that.
I would need this in storage for a year unless it gets sold before I leave.
