Our New RBTA - Pics!

Well our LFS got a big shipment in lately so we went to check it out and see if there was anything we were interested in ...

With our pockets a bit lighter we have some new additions (and subtraction :( ) from our tank.

Besides a small hammer frag, we picked up 2 clowns and a RBTA that I am HOPING they will host with -- got my fingers crossed.

The 2 wouldnt keep still long enough for a pic but the RBTA seems happy. After a 2 hr acclimation it was placed into the tank very close to where it is now and it seemed to like the area and decided to wedge into the rocks ...

If you look at the bottom right side you can see a tip that is a "Y" -- that normal ?

Nice closeup shot ...

But the sad part is that our Yellow Tail Blue Damsel didnt like her new house guests and went on a ramming rampage so she is over in the frag tank for some solitary confinement -- hopefully I can find her a nice new home.

Im happy to have an anemone again ... our last tank had a condy that outgrew the tank so we gave it away to our LFS ... If this beauty outgrows this tank then it will just be time for a new setup :)

Lucky guy...Very nice bubbles on em...I havent managed to get my hands on one that does! Very nice find!

Not surprise about the damsel they are extremely territorial, especially with closely related fish like clowns. I am surprised you were able to catch him. I pulled my chromis and yellow-tail damsel when I bought my clowns and had to nearly tear the whole tank down to get that damn-sel out.
