Overflow is

My overflow box is noisy and I looked at the dorso standpipes but due to the fact that it is and external one, I don't have the room, even if I drill on the side of the overflow. It's a Amiracle 600 gph...So, I've attached a photo of what my overflow looks like and would love suggestions of what I can do. Photo in gallery

I don't have room for a "durso" in one of my overflows either. I took a 3' piece of 3/8 vinyl tube and inserted it into the drain line, I had to experiment with how far in it had to be but it eliminated the siphon action that causes the noise. HTH
