Paint Inside tank to cover acrylic scratches

Is it possible and will it work to paint inside of fish tank to cover scratches that were too deep to buff out? The outside background was painted black and im won during if i can spot paint the scratches black to hide them?

Have you tried to use Novus?

I am looking at using it for my tank.
There are quite a few videos on YT about them.

I would not put paint inside the tank. It may have chemical problems.

You may find that the water itself makes the scratch diminish, but paint might emphasize the scar. Glad you're not using the paint.
