what is the best pc actinic for super color corals at night/dawn???

the ones that came with the odessya light are complete cripton. or am i just to privledged to have blueplus T5's on my nano? i am looking for something similar to the T5's.... mabe i can go retro with the supplamental light and wire in some VHO or T5's in place of the pc... unless there is a good pc actinic blub.

Odyssea bulbs are just a blue colored bulb, not a true actintic. Ditch them and get something else. I would also suggest opening up that fixture and making sure it is safe in there...several of those fixtures have smoked up and burned.

I have the actinic bulbs that came with my fixture trott that you can have. They are not just blue bulbs they are white actinic bulbs. They are straight pin. They were used no more than 2 months before I put VHO in that unit. In hind sight I wish I would have never of done that. Anyhoo you can have them for 2 MCD's BB

It is hit or miss with them. Saturday/Sunday AM is good. I will be out of town the rest of the weekdays
