PC Actnic 460nm or dual actinic 420nm/460nm?

I need to replace my PC bulbs in my Current Orbit fixture and have 2 choices for the actinics. It came with the dual actinic 420nm/460nm bulb but I see that I can also get a bulb that is only 460nm. Which is the better to have, the 460nm only or the dual 420nm/460nm?

I've had all 3: 420nm by itself, 460nm by itself, and the 420/460nm. The best by far is the dual actinic 420/460. This is because you will get a little different fluoresence from both the 420nm and 460nm spectrums. So by getting both you get overall better/more fluoresence.

Everything he just said...

dual 460nm would cause too much glare IMO makes the water looks blue and doesn't pop out anything in the tank
