PC lightbulb pins loose

2 of the pins on my bulb are lose. They go into the bulb if pressed. I was able to connect them and it works. Is this OK or am I just a little paranoid?

Don't use them. You get get arcing and cause a fire. Are they new?

yes they are new. I will call the company later.

I ordered the light from marineandreef.com called them up and they are going to send me out a new bulb. That was easy.
