Pearl bubble not opening as much lighting the problem

Simple question my pearl bubble isn't opening as much could it because my PC bulbs 260w are 1yr old? I read in a book and told by the LFS owner that these type of LPS didn't require bright lighting and actually prefer medium to lower light. My other corals xenia, open brain and zoanthids are doing fine. Even have a hitch hiker plate coral that is way at the bottom and slightly hidden under some LR and is doing very well.

Check your flow, bubble corals don't like alot of flow over them. If the get to much they tend to close up.

It's true they're low-light.
