This stuff spreads like crazy, what is it and how can i get rid of

They look like Yuma mushrooms, some types can spread rapidly. Gouge out as much as you can, siphoning out the remains and then cover them with kalk paste.

They look like majano anemones which can be a pest anemone. They can be very difficult to get rid of.

try posting another picture with more white for a better id..

Best way to get rid of it is to mix kalk with a bit of tank water to make a paste. Cover the anemones with the paste.
