Omega 1 is a good food. All I was saying is that a varied diet is much better health wise in the long run. I make my own food and have had really good results with it. And in all honesty it ends up being WAY cheaper to make your own food and has the additional benefit of you knowing exactly what is in the food

How do you make your own food? Can you give an example? Or Formula?
 
Garlic I use fresh cloves, raw shrimp with skin on, cleaned squid, cod, salmon, any othere salt water fish on sale , oysters, clams lol I grab a little of each from the deli and some baby smelt and put it in a blender with nori and ro water then put small amounts in freezer bags flatten out and freeze I also add go to a pet store and buy vitamins and stuff like silcon for the fish and add it also sometimes be creative but make sure you get cleaned squid the ink isn't so pleasant lol

My food recipe is scallops, clams, oysters, shrimp with shell on, cod, salmon, fish pellets, nori, amino acids for the corals, phytoplankton (phyto-feast from lfs), brine, mysis and water. Put it in a blender, pour it in ziploc bags making them kinda thin, lay them flat in the freezer, and break off chunks and thaw in tank water and feed.
