ph level comming out of reactor?

since they tell u that the ph level in a calcium reactor shoud be 6.6 would the water comming out of the reactor be the same and if so wouldnt that drastically lower the ph in the tank?

The answer is, it depends....

The PH doesn't 'have' to be 6.6. I run mine near 6.8.

The speed of the water coming out of the reactor shouldn't be fast enough to drastically lower your PH. It will be lower, but only a tenth or 3. Mine stays consistent at 7.9 and only varies by .1 in 24 hours.
