I am curing my rock and my ammonia is at 0 but my nitrites and nitrates are real high. My ph has been steadily falling and is down to 7.82. Is this normal? Jim
It really depends on what came with the rock, are you buffering your water mix. I'm surprised your NH3 is at 0 with NO2 and NO3 so high. I'd do a few 20% water changes and try to rinse any junk off the LR in the old water before you put it back in your main tank. The pH is on the low side but it seems like you might need some more time for the rock to cure fully.
Your alkalinity is also probably low. Get an alk test kit to check it. You likely need some alkalinity buffer (I use Kent Marine Buffer) to bring up your pH towards 8.2 and get your alk up.
