PHE's ???

Well, seems like everything has a name nowadays.

I got these a few months ago, I thought they were just washed out green zoos, but after a few months under my HQI's the centers still refuse to turn green.

So are these the new PHE zoos? The picture was taken under 250w 14k HQI instead of actinic like most others. Just want some consensus.

Hmmmm, those are very nice! The green slit for the mouth actually makes me think they might be PPE's. Any body else think that or am I wrong?

PHE I've seen in person are more purple under 250w 14k.

I'm guessing not PHE, also. Mine are a deep purple with green skirts (haven't developed the red ring yet, like in Stix's pic) even under 250W DE AB 10K's, which are very yellow and don't help the color of flourescing corals very well (but seem to do a good job on sps).

BTW, you might want to remove the mushroom on that rock. It's stinging some of the zoas and will kill them if left unchecked.

Stixbaraca: phe's don't have rings in them. and the fingers look to be a little to long. just going off all the ones i've seen.

They are in a bad spot for picks but, My PHE's deff. got a red ring in them!!

I thought it was part of the unique characteristic making it a true PHE.

Great shot! I want to see a quality pic of the PPE. The images I see don't seem too impressive, I have wondered why they are so popular? I have seen some (that are insane) in an avatar that look like blane's (the stylized image from his logo), the guy even said that the avatar was blaines, and did not own any himself.
