I once had a glass 38 gal tank that started leaking. Something moved and the silicone failed. Likely you would have to completely empty everything to repair or get a new tank. I came home one day and my wife had a new one sitting on the floor. Who am I to argue ~ I used it.

I'm assuming that your is glass. If it is leaking the only thing it could be is a crack in the glass or failed silicone. Which ever it is ~ the tank needs to be completely stripped. Glass can be replaced and so can the silicone. Then again the entire tank could be replaced.
