phosphate product review

What do you guys make of this product for removing phosphates?

I've never used it but IMO I'd go with a Phosban reactor ($40 approx) and PhosGuard/PhosBan or other phos-media. It would be more cost efficient and has been used for a number of years by reefers sans problems.
