Phytoplankton and Brine shrimp

How many people culture their own Phytoplankton and Live brine shrimp for their own tanks. I am in the process of culturing my first phytoplankton specimen and I just ordered 2 brine shrimp hatcheries to try out. Is there anything I should know about? Any recomendations.

yes many people culture their own phytos and brine as well as mysids, copepods and rotifers.

I have found it fairly easy to culture Phytoplankton, now I think I am going to try and do the whole Brine Shrimp deal. Maybe I can finally get my mated clowns to spawn.
