I'm trying to get better with the lense on closeups but the pics still seems a little blury. U guys usaully use flash and a faster shutter speed when u shoot macro.

That shot looks great- nice and sharp where it needs to be. Sometimes shallow depth of field works just fine. Using a flash helps with the depth of field because it allows you to use a smaller aperture and faster shutter speed but with certain subjects the flash will mess up the colors-- mainly with acros but with zoos sometimes too.
You can get great depth of field without a flash- you just need to use a tripod.

Looks good to me. Did you sharpen after resizing your pic?

Nope just resized and made the parameters sharp on my rebel with high contrast.
