just lost my 4 inch piccasso only had it a week .store said his fish are mac certified .fish constantly hid would not eat no signs of disease in a tank with yellow tang ,marron clown parameters are fine acclimated fine could it be possible just one of those fish that wont adjust to tank life or????????

Sorry for your loss but that is too general when asking for advice.
There are so many parameters that could be responsible for the death of a fish beyond all the possible problems that could have come from the LFS.
Many of the so called claims on "certified" fish are proven BS at best.
Give us some details about your system, how old it is, size of occupants and husbandry methods.
