blackie... I think you will find that pics will not be of any use.
There are to many variables to give you any inkling of what the SPS would look like under T5s. The colors, shadows, detail and every other spect of the photograph are a result of the lens, ambient lighting, white balance, flash, software, jpg settings, web browser settings, monitor settings, windows color settings, etc.
Your best bet is to visit a LFS and see first hand. Rarely is a photograph useful for showing what something looks like with the human eye. Even with a fully calibrated setup and display device, you are looking for something that can only be judged in person.

Just went to the last page and saw that you lost your corals. Sorry to hear that.
I'm in FL and we go through the whole "Am I gonna lose my tank to a power outage thanks to another Hurricane" every summer. I lost a cleaner shrimp and two fish during one of those outages last year.
I've since gone out and bought a generator just for the tank for when the Hurricanes start coming again.

. You had some amazing growth and color with T5's. Those pics inspired me to go T5's

No worries, this hobby takes you a bunch of different ways. Here's my new project, I drilled an Oceanic 30 cube, built an overflow and plumbed it to the sump that I have for the 75. It's up and running now and doing great.
Two steps forward, hopefully only one step back!

I forgot to mention that the Oceanic 30 has a 150 watt MH DE pendant and the 75 is still just plain ole' T5.
I'm getting the best of both worlds!

Nice come back NewSchool04. Looks like your tanks are coming along nicely.
Questions: Is your legs set at the highest point on the Tek fixture? If so, is there plenty of room to get your hands in and out of the tank without moving the fixture?
Do you feel that you can keep basically anything anywhere in your tank with your 6 bulb Tek fixture(croceas/maximas in the sand bed/ SPS in the lower half of the tank)?
Ill be setting up my 75g in the next couple weeks and will be using a Tek T5 fixture also. I hope I can get awesome results like you did with your sps colors/growth

no, the legs I'm pretty sure are set at the lowest and there isn't much room to get your hand in. Good thing is that the legs can slide on the bracing so whenever I need to get in there, I can push the lights back and that gives me plenty of room. The design on the leg brackets is awesome but expensive.
I had a Squamosa clam on the sand doing fine and I have montipora digitata on the bottom growing like a weed. I also have a ton of acropora frags on the sand that do well.
Good luck with the set up, I think you'll be happy with the lights.

The back of the Oceanic isn't tempered but the bottom is.
Thank you REMF! I siliconed the eggcrate to the top to keep snails and stuff from clogging up the durso's. I'm still amazed at how quiet this thing is, the water just flows right over.
