just wondering what programme to download to turn jpeg pics in to a format that i can post on here, i tryed the first one but dosent work.

.jpeg is an acceptable extension. Are you sure it fits the size limit?

well ive tried and it says it wont accept jpeg ?

You get 2 jpeg formats, jpg jfif compliant and jpg 2000, check whick one your file is, the first one is the normal most used jpeg.
Are you sure it's not the size limit, the pictures have to be compressed alot to be smaller that 50K
