lighting: 2/175 MH and 2/40 fluorescent bulbs
flow: use 3 powerheads

sweet tank! this gives me courage when i setup the 180g that 3 tangs will be fine i'm always thinking"but they might be to big" but then i relize the tank is 6' long and 2' wide.
