LOL,, well I was at Melev's house the other day and did notice when he stood on a chair how much shorter he was than me.. but we were putting corals in his tank... hehe...

I think the purpose of running BB is to get that crap out of there before it sit, rots and causes you problems.Phillycsi said:What is the opinion of using a refugium in a bare bottom tank?? I am using a CPR hang on and it creates so much crud I am wondering if it is helpful or harmful...
melev said:Baby Blue is hard to pick up. This could possibly be resolved by setting your white balance, but I've tried to shoot some acropora tables that have baby blue tips and they don't show up. In those cases, I will see if I can visually adjust the picture in photoshop to match reality.
Desert Fox said:^ If you're using a flash, that will drown away the faintness of the baby-blue. Set it up with a long exposure on a tripod and see if that helps.
Masoch said:Hey, Bomber, I know you've referred to your setup as a fish tank with corals for a pretty background (OK, maybe paraphrasing a bit) ... so where are the pics of the fish? And tail fins don't count![]()
