No not really, I only know them as a customer. They offer GREAT service and are great people. Kevin the owner helped me out BIG TIME when I set up my 180g. He spent an entire day at my place plumbing my closed loop and didn’t charge me a dime!. People like him are rare these day's.

I agree on that one they are really rare, I was fortunate enough to get good help from a guy near your region Tang man Montreal. He came over for a weekend to help doing the plumbing and all it cost me was food and an hotel room.

Does anyone know the fastest way to higher up my magnesium levels?

There is no way to do it quickly without stressing your inhabitants.
If you can gets your hands on something like Magflake, or something similar (magnesium chloride), mix it with some water and drip the disolved solution into your sump. The alternative is epsom salt(magnesium sulfate), but excess use can lead to an increase in the sulfate levels, which can be diluted with water changes I believe.

Use the RC calculators to determine how much to dose, but do it over a period of time. No more than say 100ppm per day.
